Hey, I can't post in the Updates forum for some reason, so I had to post this here.

NEWS:

In the latest edition of Nintendo Power Magazine, Nintendo unveiled some new information on the Capcom developed GBA title, The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. Apparently, there are items called Kinstones and the purpose of these Kinstones, which are broken into shards, is to find matching pieces and put them together to unlock new secrets in the land of Hyrule. Also revealed was that players would be able to trade these stones with their friends using the new Wireless Adapter.

The full article as found in Nintendo Power (July 04, Vol. 181) is as follows:

"The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap

Nintendo has kept the The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap for the Game Boy Advance under very tight wraps. After the thrilling resurrection of A Link to the Past on the GBA, Zelda fans have been demanding more handheld Hyrule, and The Minish Cap will deliver like never before. In this visionary new adventure, Link dons a magical cap that lets him shrink to wee size and enter a fantastic realm-the supersmall world underfoot. There he'll help the Minish people rid their homeland of overwhelming problems like Chu Chus, which might be small 'taters in Hyrule but are boss-sized to Minish citizens. And in a stunning twist on the Legend of Zelda tradition, Link will draw on Kinstone relics to unlock Hyrule's many new secrets-but only after he finds and rejoins a relic’s shards to trigger its specific effect, like an explosion that reveals a cave or the sudden growth of a skyscraping beanstalk that lets Link climb into the clouds. The trick will be to find the matching shards that comprise a Kinstone. Fortunately, The Minish Cap will use the Game Boy Advance Wireless Adapter to make trading a breeze with other wireless Hyrulean heroes who may have shards that you don't. Zelda games always surprise us when we least expect it-the NP Krew doffs its cap to the ever-evolving series."

Also found in this edition of Nintendo Power, is a partial walk-through for the upcoming release The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures. Since this Magazine has more than its share of Zelda info, I’d suggest that if you haven’t already gotten it, to go out and get your copy today.

On an unrelated note, I'm sure most of you already know this, but the message boards link to the side of the page now links Z-I.com to the new Z-I message boards. We've finally moved from our EZboard home and moved on to our new (and better!) home at http://forums.zelda-infinite.com. If you haven't join up with the Crazy ZI message boards community before, now is the perfect time to make yourself known! Hope to see you all there!

Are the American systems and the English systems the same? I mean, can you play the American games on an English GC?

Nintendo Power is a terrible magazine. i prefer Game Informer due it's witty and humorous reviewer.

i think it's a poorly put together magazine that is ridiculously biased and is therefore unreliable in reviews.

I think it comes out on the 7th. Anyway, I wasn't trying to say that Nintendo Power is the greatest magazine, I was just pointing out that it has some good Zelda info in it this month, so if you're interested you should just pick up this one copy, not a whole subscription.

BTW, I see that IGNCube gave FSA an 8.7! Not too shabby at all!
